Training Sessions
Training Groups:
3rd-5th Grade and 6th - 9th Grade
Days:
Start back Aug. 12th, 2024 till April 28th, 2025 (Holidays will be taken off)
Time:
4:30 - 5:30pm
Price:
$35/Kid plus tax
Participants will work on:
- Passing and Defense
- Offense Setting and Hitting
- Serving
- Serving Techniques (Overhand, Underhand)
- Serving Zones
- Rotational Gameplay
- Learn passing techniques including platform and footwork
- Learn defensive techniques to include tracking the ball, reading the ball, and moving into position
- Practice setting the ball, learn mechanics and footwork
- Practice attacking the ball, learn mechanics and footwork
Cancellation Policy
(reservation must be cancelled 1 hour prior to class start time
or else your session credit will still be taken off your account.

Bluegrass Sportsplex Volleyball Guidelines
Facility Guidelines:
Bluegrass Sportsplex has been built as a family oriented sports complex. No FIGHTING, ABUSIVE LANGUAGE, or any misconduct deemed to be detrimental to the family will be tolerated. Bluegrass reserves the right to immediately escort all patrons violating these rules from the facility.
Proper attire is required by all who enter the premises, both players and spectators. (Shoes / shirts, etc.)
Intoxicated persons will not be allowed to participate in any activity (i.e. game or practice) and may be escorted from the facility. This applies to both players and spectators.
No DRINKING or LOITERING in the parking lot.
Players and spectators are responsible for any damages caused to Bluegrass property. Management intends to enforce all violations to the fullest extent of the law.
All fields are reserved for games, warm-ups and pre-scheduled practices / parties. FOR YOUR SAFETY, all other usage requires permission from Bluegrass Management. All players assume all risks of participation and those players under 18 years of age must be supervised by a parent / legal guardian.
